Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce, undrained (1 Dolea Can)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , minced
  Uncooked converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baked ham cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fines herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cut green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (Use Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion and rice; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in reserved juice, chicken broth, ham, garlic powder, thyme, fines herbes and red pepper.
Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in salt, if desired.
Stir in pineapple and green beans.
Heat through.
