Pineapple Ham N Rice
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, undrained (1 Dolea Can)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Uncooked converted rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baked ham cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fines herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cut green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (Use Fresh Or Frozen)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion and rice; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in reserved juice, chicken broth, ham, garlic powder, thyme, fines herbes and red pepper.
Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in salt, if desired.
Stir in pineapple and green beans.
