Ham And Pineapple Circles

Ingredients
  Brown bread slices 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Ham slices 4 (Thin)
  Pineapple rings 4
  Cream cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the buttered bread and the ham into a circle the same size as the pineapple ring.
Make sure that the ham is lean and the pineapple well drained.
Put the ham on the brown bread, the pineapple on the ham and spread lightly with cream cheese.
An olive can be set in the middle, or a slice of tomato, or sprig of watercress, or even a sprinkling of paprika alone.
