Baked Cured Ham
|Cured ham||20 Pound (1 Whole)|
|Ground cloves||4 Ounce|
|Canned pineapple juice||6 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||14 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
Remove skin from ham.
Rub generously with cloves.
Grease bottom of roaster.
Add ham into roaster and cover.
Bake in 325° oven for 6 1/2 to 7 hours.
Mix pineapple and pineapple juice together; glaze ham with mixture.
Brush ham several times with mixture while cooking.
When done, brown top under broiler.
Cool, slice and serve.
Great for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners and is really something in sandwiches in Daddy's brown bag lunch.
