Spicy Ham Steak

Ingredients
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cloves 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed
  Ham slice 1 (Center Cut Slice, Cut 1 Inch Thick)
Directions

Combine butter, sherry, pineapple juice, cloves, paprika, mustard, sugar, and garlic.
Pour over ham, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Lift ham from marinade and drain briefly (reserve marinade).
Place ham on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals.
Cook, turning and basting frequently, for about 20 minutes or until browned and hot.
