Sweet And Sour Ham
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce (1 Can Of 1 Pound 4 Ounce)|
|Canned beef broth||11 Ounce (1 Can Of 10.5 Ounce)|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Green pepper||1 Small, cut into strips|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Small, cut into strips|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Dry mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
In 3 quart casserole, combine reserved juice, beef broth and cornstarch; stir until smooth.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes, until thickened; stir after 2 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, ham, green and red pepper, onion, dry mustard, brown sugar and vinegar.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 6 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender
