Ham Timbales

Ingredients
  Minced ham 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  White breadcrumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Warm the milk and add beaten eggs, fine soft breadcrumbs, the minced ham, and mix well.
Season to taste.
Butter your individual moulds and put the mixture in two thirds full as it tends to swell during cooking.
Stand the moulds in a bain marie and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
