Heat oven to 425 Â°F.
Sift flour with salt.
Add garlic mayonnaise, cayenne, and water; mix.
Turn onto lightly floured board; roll thin.
Cut into 21/2 inch squares.
Mix together filling ingredients.
Put generous 1/2 teaspoon filling on each pastry square.
Moisten edges with water; fold over into triangles; pinch edges to seal.
Bake 15 minutes or until pastry browns.
