Place a 10-lb. whole smoked ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Roast at 300Â° to 325Â°F about 2 hours; remove from oven.
Cut off rind (if any) and score fat.
Insert a whole clove in the center of each diamond.
Spread with one of Glazes for Ham, and continue roasting about 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160Â°F.
