This Ham Lunch recipe is a must try! Yes, a great blend of ham with very fine choice of vegetables like Zucchini, mushroom etc along with great seasoning that anyone would fall for this exceptionally prepared Ham Lunch. What's more, it's so easy and simple a dish to try, so you cant just escape making it!
Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon (Soft)
  Butter flavoring 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Green onions 2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced
  Ham luncheon meat 5 Ounce, pressed and slivered (1 Package)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated romano cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Add butter flavoring to margarine in fry pan or wok.
Saute zucchini, mushrooms, and green onions until barely tender.
Stir in ham and seasonings; saute until ham is heated through.
Serve garnished with cheese.
