|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Halibut steak||2 Pound|
|Carrots||2 , sliced|
|Celery stalks||2 , sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
|Canned tomatoes||15 Ounce|
Line bottom of baking dish with onion.
Place fish on onion slices.
Put carrots, celery, and green pepper on fish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Pour to matoes on top.
Bake in preheated 350Â°F toaster oven about 50 minutes.
