|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Halibut steaks/2 large halibut steaks||4 Small|
Place lemon, onion, salt, bay leaf, pepper-corns, water, and wine in oval microproof baking dish.
Cook on HI, 5 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Carefully place halibut steaks in hot liq-uid.
Coverwith plastic wrap and cook on HI, 2 to 3 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
