|Halibut steaks/Other fish steaks||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Seasoned coating mix||2 Ounce|
|Pimiento stuffed olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thaw frozen fish.
Place on rack of broiler pan or in greased baking pan.
Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Broil 5 inches from heat till fish is almost done, about 10 minutes.
Brush again with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Stir remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter into seasoned coating mix; spread on fish.
Return to broiler till brown, about 5 minutes.
Spear lemon wedges and olives on picks.
Use to garnish steaks.
