Oven-Fried Halibut

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Halibut steaks 4
  Cracker meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine salt, pepper, egg and milk.
Dip fillets in milk mixture; dredge in cracker meal.
Place fillets in greased pan; brush with butter.
Bake for 25 minutes.
