Scalloped Halibut

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 100 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Celery salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Onion 1 Small
  Cooked flaked halibut 5 Pound
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine butter and flour in saucepan over low heat; add milk gradually.
Stir constantly until smooth and thickened.
Add mushrooms, salt, celery salt, Worces- tershire sauce, bay leaf and onion; blend well.
Add halibut to sauce; mix gently.
Spread into large greased baking dish; top with crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
