Halibut Diable

Ingredients
  Halibut steaks 20 Ounce (2 steaks, about 10 ounces each)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) Coat the bottom of a baking pan with butter.

MAKING
3) Season the fish and place it on the baking pan.
4) In a bowl mix together tomato juice, mustard, paprika and lemon juice.
5) Gently stream the paprika mixture over the fish.
6) Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish is tender.

SERVING
7) Carefully place the fish on the serving plate and serve lemon wedge on side.
