|Halibut steak||1 Pound (� To 1 Inch Thick , Approximately)|
|Plain flour||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Maitre d'hotel butter||1⁄2 Ounce (For Garnish)|
1. Using a knife, trim fish. Clean it and pat dry.
2. Apply melted butter on both sides and sprinkle lightly with seasoned flour.
3. Set the grill to moderate heat. Cook fish until golden brown; turn carefully and grill second side. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
4. Serve with chilled maitre d'hotel butter on a heated dish.
