Halibut A La Russe

Ingredients
  Halibut fillets 6
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Lemon slices 6 (Unpeeled)
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chili sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a round 8 inch dish, place the fish piece in it.
2.Combine salt, sugar and paprika and sprinkle the mixture over the fish.
3.Peel off the onion and cut it thinly to make rings.
4.Top the fish with rings and lemon slices.
5.Heat chili sauce and butter for 40 seconds at HIGH and put it on the fish.
6.Secure the dish with waxed paper.
7.Cook the dish for 5 minutes at HIGH and then 8 minutes at MEDIUM.
8.Once done, leave the fish for 2 minutes.

SERVING
9.Serve warm.
