Cut halibut steak into serving pieces.
Salt and pepper both sides.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Place in shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with leftover lemon mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350Â°F or until fish flakes easily with a fork but is still moist.
Top can be sprinkled with chopped parsley and paprika.
Serve with peas and carrots, rice or mashed potatoes.
