Halibut Court Bouillon

Ingredients
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Cloves 6
  Carrots 2
  Onions 2
  Celery stalks 4
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Halibut steaks 4
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large kettle, add 2 quarts water and remaining ingredients except halibut.
2)Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
3)Take a cheesecloth bag and put halibut in it and put it into kettle.
4)Let it poach until tender.
5)Remove the halibut and discard bag.

SERVING
6)Serve Halibut court bouillon hot.
