|Halibut fillets||1 Pound, cut in serving pieces|
1 In a 10-inch glass baking dish, heat butter 30 seconds.
2 Add mustard, parsley flakes, lemon juice, and garlic powder; stir to blend.
3 Coat fish in the sauce and arrange around sides of the dish.
4 Cook, covered, for 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
5 Rest, covered,for 5 minutes before serving.
6 Serve hot.
