Halibut Diable

Ingredients
  Flaked halibut/Other fish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coffee cream 2 Tablespoon
  Buttered toast slices 6
  Mayonnaise/Other salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 2 Drop
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine fish and cream; mix well.
Arrange toast on a baking sheet and cover each slice with fish mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Cover fish with mayonnaise mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F., for 15 minutes, or until brown.
