Halibut In Foil

Ingredients
  Halibut fillet 1 1⁄2 Pound (675 Gram)
  Tomato 1 , thinly sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sauvignon 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make a "boat" out of aluminum foil, and place fish in the foil.
Top with sliced tomatoes, garlic, and basil.
In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil, wine, and dry mustard.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over fish.
Grill fish over medium hot coals until fish flakes easily, about 15 minutes.
