|Eggs||4 Medium, separated|
|Halibut fillets||12 Ounce, ground|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked green beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Whole Ones)|
|No sugar added tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl beat egg yolks slightly.
Add fish, milk, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into fish mixture.
Pour into a 1-quart nonstick tubepan; set in pan containing 1 inch of water; bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Unmold onto serving platter.
Garnish with green beans and serve with tomato sauce.
