Halibut Ring

  Eggs 4 Medium, separated
  Halibut fillets 12 Ounce, ground
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Whole Ones)
  No sugar added tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl beat egg yolks slightly.
Add fish, milk, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into fish mixture.
Pour into a 1-quart nonstick tubepan; set in pan containing 1 inch of water; bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Unmold onto serving platter.
Garnish with green beans and serve with tomato sauce.
Divide evenly.
