Roasted Halibut And Onions

Ingredients
  Purple onions 3 Medium, sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Halibut steaks 16 Ounce (4 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each, 3/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add halibut steaks to onion mixture; spoon onion mixture evenly over steaks. Bake 10 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Transfer steaks to a serving platter; top evenly with onion mixture.
