Halibut With Steamed Vegetables

  Halibut steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound (Each About 1 Inch Thick)
  Lemon slices 4
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Small, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Pat fish steaks dry. Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with savory, salt and pepper; place lemon slice on each fish steak.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.
3. Place margarine, onion and bell peppers in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir in spinach. Cover tightly and microwave 1 to 2 minutes or just until spinach is hot. Serve fish over vegetables.
