|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Crackers||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|White onion||1 Large|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Start with melting butter in a sauce pan,saute white onion in this pan.Once the onions are done & are light brown in color,spread them out on a baking pan.In a separate bowl mix sour cream,green onions,lemon juice & mayonnaise. Clean halibut & place it over the onions in the baking pan.Pour over the mayonnaise mixture over halibut & sprinkle crushed crackers.Bake it for 50 mintues at 375 degrees F,or till it's done.
