Halibut Mandarin

  Frozen halibut fish/Other fish portions 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Diet margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)

Place fish portions in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with water.
Cover with clear plastic wrap; vent by leaving a small area unsealed at the edge of the dish.
Micro-cook on 100% power (HIGH) for 6 to 9 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
For sauce, in a small bowl stir together cornstarch, parsley flakes, and bouillon granules.
Stir in orange juice and wine.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 2 to 3 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
Stir in the diet margarine.
Gently stir in the mandarin orange sections.
Drain the fish well; place on 4 dinner plates.
Spoon the sauce over the fish
