Halibut Royale

Ingredients
  Non fat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Halibut steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non-fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine wine and salt; pour over halibut.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Drain halibut on paper towels; dip both sides in bread crumbs.
Place halibut in shallow baking dish.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and scallions and spread over halibut.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 10 minutes, per inch of thickness, or until halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
