1. Arrange halibut in 2-quart (8 x 8) glass baking dish with thick edges toward outside of dish. Place broccoli, stalks toward outside of dish, on top of fillets. Sprinkle with tarragon. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily and broccoli is tender-crisp. Let stand, covered, while making sauce.
3. Pour soup in 2-cup glass measure or glass serving bowl.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
