Ingredients
  Halibut slices 2 Small
  Ginger slices 3
  Soaked chinese mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion spring 1
  Shredded szechwan cabbage 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded cooked lean pork 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
Directions

Place the trimmed halibut ready on a plate.
Cut the ginger and mushroom (stem discarded) into thin strips.
Cut on the slant the spring onion into 3/4-inch pieces.
Add the cabbage, pork and seasonings, then the oil, soy sauce and cornflour, blended with the water.
Mix well together.
Heap on to the halibut slices and steam for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer carefully to a heated serving dish.
Remove skin and bones.
If necessary, rearrange the vegetables.
Garnish with the onion 'flower'.
