Steamed Halibut With Vegetables
|Halibut slices||2 Small|
|Soaked chinese mushroom||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded szechwan cabbage||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cooked lean pork||1 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Place the trimmed halibut ready on a plate.
Cut the ginger and mushroom (stem discarded) into thin strips.
Cut on the slant the spring onion into 3/4-inch pieces.
Add the cabbage, pork and seasonings, then the oil, soy sauce and cornflour, blended with the water.
Mix well together.
Heap on to the halibut slices and steam for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer carefully to a heated serving dish.
Remove skin and bones.
If necessary, rearrange the vegetables.
Garnish with the onion 'flower'.
