Halibut With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Halibut steaks 24 Ounce (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained (Spicy)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Fish broth/Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
  Green bell pepper 1 , minced
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil.
Cook halibut steaks 3 minutes each side.
Season.
Remove from skillet.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Continue cooking in oven 5-6 minutes.
Meanwhile, in the same skillet, heat remaining oil.
Cook onion 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, hot broth and bell peppers.
Adjust seasoning.
Cook 4 minutes.
Spoon tomato sauce into a serving dish.
Place halibut steaks on top.
Garnish with lemon slices.
