Halibut Mongole

This Halibut Mongole is one of the best fish and rice dishes that I've ever tasted. Just try this savory Halibut Mongole and let me know if you like it! Feel free to share your opinion about this dish with me !
Ingredients
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, diced
  Cooked peas 8 Ounce, mashed
  Evaporated skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Halibut/Other fish 12 Ounce, cooked and flaked
  Cooked enriched rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan cook tomato juice till reduced by half.
Stir in tomato, peas, skimmed milk and fish; heat over very low heat.
Put 1/2 cup rice into each of two soup bowls, and top with hot fish mixture, evenly divided
