Busy Day Halibut

Ingredients
  Halibut/Other firm steaks / fillets 2 Pound (3/4 Inch Thick, Fresh Or Frozen)
  Dry onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine / oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Thaw fish if frozen; dry well.
Cut into 6 portions.
Combine soup mix and sour cream.
In separate bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and paprika.
Dip fish in sour cream mixture; roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place in single layer on well-greased shallow baking pan.
Pour butter or oil over fish.
Bake in 500°F oven 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
