Creamed Smoked Haddock
|Smoked haddock||24 Ounce (For 6 People)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
Cut the haddock into small pieces and put into a dish.
Warm the milk, cream, butter and add plenty of pepper.
Pour the 'mixture over the fish, cover and bake for about 25 minutes in a moderate oven 350Â°F (180Â°C).
Just before serving add the chopped hard boiled eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
Season to taste.
The sauce may be thickened with a little cornstarch before you add the eggs.
