Finnan Haddie Savory
|Green pepper||1 , seeded, chopped|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Clean the finnan haddie carefully.
Arrange in a large baking pan and dot over with the fat.
Then sprinkle with the chopped onion, green pepper and parsley and the paprika and salt.
Cover with the milk and bake in a moderate oven of 375Â° F. for 1 hr., basting frequently as the milk evaporates.
