Deviled Haddock

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets/Fish fillets 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Natural cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut into 6 portions.
Arrange fillets in a single layer on well-greased rack of broiler pan, tucking under any thin edges.
Brush fillets with melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil 4 inches from heat till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes; do not turn.
Blend cheese, chili sauce, mustard, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce; spread over fillets.
Broil to melt the cheese, about 1 to 3 minutes longer.
