Haddock A La Royale

Cut the fillets into individual portions.
Brush each piece with melted butter.
Mix together the flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Roll each piece of fish in this mixture, then in the grated cheese.
Place a cooking bag on a plate or in a 12 x 8-inch (30 x 20 cm) microwave-safe dish, and put the fish fillets into the bag one next to the other.
Add the milk gradually.
Close the bag loosely and make two small incisions on top with the point of a knife.
Microwave 15 minutes at HIGH.
When the fish is cooked, remove the fillets from the bag and place them on a serving dish.
Sprinkle with minced parsley.
In the summer, I sprinkle the fish with fresh minced chives and I pour the sauce remaining in the bag over the fish.
