Crunchy Baked Haddock

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed cereal crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cream sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cut fish into 5 or 6 pieces.
Combine egg and Worcestershire sauce, and dip fish in mixture.
Coat with crumbs; then dip again in egg mixture and again in crumbs.
Place in greased dish and drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
Bake at 450°F. 15—20 minutes.
Serve with Curried Cream Sauce, quickly cooked spinach garnished with hard-cooked egg slices and fluffy whipped potatoes.
