Pan-Fried Haddock Fillets
|Haddock fillets||1 Pound|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Seasoning salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Fine dry cracker crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tartar sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Cut haddock into serving pieces.
Heat shortening in large skillet.
Combine milk and mustard in small mixing bowl.
Mix salt, cracker crumbs, paprika and pepper together.
Dip pieces of haddock into milk mixture; roll in crumb mixture.
Fry in hot shorten- ing for 8 to 10 minutes or until pieces are browned and cooked through.
Place on heated serving platter; garnish with parsley sprigs, lemon and cucumber slices.
Serve with Golden Tartar Sauce.
