|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
Combine salt and milk; dip fish in milk mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs; place in greased shallow baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over fish.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, if desired.
