Haddock With Paprika
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 gram)|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Paprika pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Haddock fillets||2 Pound, skinned and cut into cubes (1 kilogram)|
|Tomatoes||3 Large, peeled, seeded and chopped|
|Tomato juice||1⁄4 Pint (150 milliliter)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1.In a pan, heat oil and butter and saute onion and garlic in it until soft.
2.Stir in haddock and paprika and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes, tomato juice, salt and pepper and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
4.Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
If frozen, thaw and serve.
