|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Smoked haddock finnan haddie||1 Pound|
Mix together oil, lemon juice, sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste in a shallow dish.
Add the haddock, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning fish once or twice.
Preheat a charcoal grill.
Remove fish from marinade and place on a large piece of foil on the grill or in a fish grilling basket, grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade from time to time.
