Haddock With Pecan Coating
|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground pecans||2 Tablespoon|
|Haddock fillets||16 Ounce (4 Fillet, 4 Oz Each)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs and pecans.
Dredge the fish in the mixture to coat all sides well.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the fish in the oil for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
