Haddock with Pecan Coating

Ingredients
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground pecans 2 Tablespoon
  Haddock fillets 16 Ounce (4 Fillet, 4 Oz Each)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs and pecans.
Dredge the fish in the mixture to coat all sides well.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the fish in the oil for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
