American Haddock Casserole
|Haddock fillets||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (60 Milliliter)|
|Milk/White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (60 Milliliter)|
|Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese||250 Milliliter, grated (1 Cup)|
1.Chop the fillets into pieces.
2.Take an 8 x 8 inch dish, put the fillets in it side by side, keeping the thick pieces on the sides.
3.Combine salt, pepper and nutmeg and put the mixture over the fish.
4.Combine cream, cream of mushroom, wine or milk, tarragon or thyme and once the mixture is prepared spread it onto the fish.
5.Top the fish with grated cheese and cook for 8- 10 minutes at MEDIUM.
