Haddock Steamed In Lettuce Leaves
|Haddock fillet||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon slices||4 (For Garnish)|
|Chopped spring onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)|
1) Blanch the lettuce leaves, drain well and pat dry; place in four piles, each 3 leaves.
2) Chop the haddock into four and keep each piece in the center of each leaf, season well with salt and pepper ; wrap over the fish in the lettuce.
3) Steam the wraps in a steamer over a pan of simmering water for 15 min.
4) Garnish with sliced lemon and spring onions and serve immediately on a nice dish
