Baked Haddock

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen- Thawed)
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Small, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 4 Drop
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop tomatoes and green pepper.
2)Thaw frozen haddock fillets.

MAKING
3)In a greased baking dish of 13X9X2 inch size, place the thawed fillets in a single layer.
4)Combine all other ingredients and spoon over arranged fish.
5)Bake at 500 degrees F for 5 to 8 minutes.
6)The fish is done when it flakes with ease by a fork.

SERVING
7)Serve with rolls and fresh salads.
