|Haddock fillets||12 Ounce, cut into 4 serving-size pieces (About 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lime peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped gingerroot||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
