Cheddar Baked Haddock
|Haddock fillets||2 Pound|
|Onion||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Season haddock with salt and pepper; place in a greased shallow baking dish.
Saute"onion in butter, adding more salt and pepper, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
Spread mixture over fillets.
Pour milk around fish and bake in a 400° oven about 25 minutes.
Allow one-half pound fish per person.
