Fried Haddock Sticks is a unique and irresistible fish preparation. You can serve this wonderful dish at home for a grand dinner. I made this for my husband for our anniversary dinner and he loved it! Try the Fried Haddock Sticks for yourself!
Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Flour 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Haddock fillets 4 , cut into sticks
Directions

–  In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 400 °F (205 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine all batter ingredients and dip haddock sticks into it. Drop into deep-fryer, fry until golden, then remove, drain on paper towel, and serve.
