Fried Haddock Sticks

|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Flour||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Haddock fillets||4 , cut into sticks|
– In a deep-fryer, heat oil to 400 °F (205 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all batter ingredients and dip haddock sticks into it. Drop into deep-fryer, fry until golden, then remove, drain on paper towel, and serve.
