Peel the avocados, take out the pits and save two on the side.
Mix and mash all ingredients thoroughly in a serving dish.
If you prepare the guacamole dip ahead of serving time, insert two of the pits in the middle of your dip to keep the dip from getting black and then cover with Saran Wrap, with wrap touching the guacamole.
This ensures airtightness.
